Payment Terms:

• No deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• Full balance is due thirty (30) days before arrival.
• Payment can be made online by credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.
• Total price of the reservation is charged if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
• No refund for cancellation after the stay commences or early departure.
• Full refund if the Owners cancel for reasons other than Force Majeure.

Breakage Deposit:

• 250 Euro deposit is required.

Gites Maximum Occupancy:

• The Stables (L'écurie): Maximum four (4) adults.
• The Bakery (La boulangerie): Maximum two (2) adults.
• The Meadows (La prairie): Maximum two (2) adults.

Note: Exceeding maximum occupancy may result in eviction.

Provided with Gite Rental:

• Linen, including pool towels.
• Electricity, water, A/C, heating.
• Weekly change of bed linen and towels (except pool towels).
• Emergency call-out service.
• Hairdryer.
• Starter pack (toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, etc.).
• Cleaning products and equipment.
• Cleaning of gite after departure.
• Heated communal swimming pool open from April - mid October

Internet Access:

• High speed wireless broadband provided by Orange.

TV Channels:

• Flat screen SMART television.
• Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
• English and French channels are provided.

Local Amenities:

• Rural location, 5 - 15 mins drive to local amenities.
• Refer to the local amenities page for details on nearby restaurants, shops, etc.

Smoking Policy:

• Larroque Haute Gites is a smoke and “vape” free zone indoors.
• Smoking is allowed outside.
• Guests are urged to dispose of smoking materials responsibly and be respectful of others.

Animals and Children:

• We do not allow animals or individuals younger than 16 years old.
